I am proud to announce Chilly Orange’s brand new dedicated support site, located at http://support.chillyorange.com. Since giving support through the comment section on CodeCanyon or Themeforest can make a man’s hair go grey, I decided to move support away from the market place. This will allow us to give much better support, plus it will keep all issues in a clear and single location, making it easier for customers to search through existing tickets before opening a new one.
We have build our support site using the magnificent SupportX theme by Themebucket and we couldn’t be more happy with how the site turned out. The theme integrates beautifully with the Envato API and checks a purchase code before allowing users to create a ticket.
Over time, we’ll be making a serious effort in producing regular articles to fill up the knowledge base, giving our customers a solid set of resources to make the most of using their Chilly Orange products.
